I'd notice because they're very strange hats!! They don't even look warm.

I don't know everyone who works with Elias though. I like to think I know most of them, but sometimes I'll meet someone and the mark on my hand glows, even though I never saw them in the arcade before...it's already happened twice in the last few months, I was really surprised!! (They didn't wear hats though....)

Can I ask what you want to do with the black hat person though because normally when people start asking questions it's because they want to kill someone and I guess I can't stop people from killing other people but if it turns out to be someone really really really dangerous I really don't want to say 'go fight that guy!' when someone will get hurt :[
